What is sunscreen?

 Sunscreen is a lotion, spray, gel, foam (such as an expanded foam lotion or whipped lotion), stick or other topical product that absorbs or reflects some of the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Sunscreen also known as sunblock or suntan lotion, it helps to protect skin from sunburn. Sunscreen is important skincare that you must to use. Don't skip sunscreen because it will cause more damage to your skin.

 And make your skin have wrinkles, pimples, dark spot and increasing your chance of skin cancer. 






How to prevent it?  

Daily Skin Care 

You must put sunscreen in your daily skincare. But, first you must know type of your skin, because there's sunscreen that only matches for one type of skin. After know your type of skin, choose the sunscreen that matches to your skin and your budget. How to use?



Cover the sunscreen as the last step of skincare and before using make up.  Us as much as two fingers for perfect coverage. Then apply 15 minutes before you go outside, this allows the sunscreen to have enough time to provide the maximum benefit. If you swimming or do activities in the sun must to cover your entire face and body (avoiding the eyes and mouth). An average-sized adult or child needs at least one ounce of sunscreen (about the amount it takes to fill a shot glass) to evenly cover the body from head to toe.
